Sounds good. but this will call for a paradigm shift from the parliamentary democracy based on the Westminster model.A beginning can be made by bringing out amendments to the Constitution that will prescribe minimum educational qualifications to become our elected reps.

constitution needs to be amended which requires 2/3rd majority in parliament;the proposed system enpowers parliament over executive and judiciary;politicians should find it attractive and if properly promoted 2/3rd majority can be obtained;right now educated votes are getting wasted;saving them will be a great boon for the middle class and they need not take to the streets and maidans to be heard;thier representatives will work for them in parliament;
